Advanced and Efficient Heating System：

● The heating system adopts an efficient and energy-saving Swiss double-layer nickel soldering heating wire, a turbocharged motor and wind turbine, combined with a turbocharger, which has high thermal efficiency and fast temperature rise speed. A specially designed forced hot air circulation structure system ensures even heating of PCBs and components, completely eliminating the "shadow effect"

● We use Swiss CARLO high-current solid-state relays with contactless output for safety and reliability. The temperature controller's unique fuzzy control function continuously monitors external temperature changes and controls the heating device with low pulses, maintaining temperature accuracy within ±1°C. The internal temperature distribution error is within ±2°C, meeting IPC standards.

● Temperature control utilizes a precision controller imported from Japan (NKW) with fuzzy control and PID intelligent calculation. The PID control adjusts heat generation automatically, while fuzzy control adds overshoot and suppression functions. This ensures a balanced temperature response to external heat changes.

 

Reliable and Efficient Transmission System:

● Utilizes Taiwan Taituo variable speed motor and stepless speed controller.

●Matched with a 1:150 turbine reducer for smooth operation and continuously adjustable speed (0-1500mm/min).

● Features a separate roller structure with leveling support.

● Equipped with a durable stainless steel mesh belt for precise operation (up to ±20mm/min) and resistance to wear and deformation.

 

Stable and Reliable Electrical Control System:

● Delay switch protection ensures uniform cooling after shutdown, preventing transmission component deformation.

● Power outage protection allows normal PCB board output without damage after power loss.
